Information we collect

At this time, the Forever Words website does not require user accounts, accept payments, or use advertising cookies.

If you choose to join the Forever Words waitlist, we collect your first name and email address so we can keep you informed about Forever Words.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically process limited technical information—such as your IP address, browser type, device information, requested page, and the date and time of your visit—to securely deliver and protect the website.

When SMS enrollment becomes available, if you choose to enroll in the Forever Words messaging program, we may collect your name, mobile phone number, messaging preferences, consent records, and information necessary to manage your subscription and message delivery. We may also receive messages you send to the program, including STOP and HELP requests.

How information is used

We may use personal information to:

• Provide, operate, and protect the Forever Words service.
• Manage the Forever Words waitlist.
• Send a welcome email after you join.
• Send occasional updates about our progress, opportunities to participate in testing, early access invitations, and the official launch of Forever Words.
• Respond to questions and requests related to your waitlist participation.
• Deliver Forever Words messages and service-related communications requested by participating parents.

• Detect misuse and comply with legal obligations.

We do not use mobile information for third-party marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers

Forever Words currently uses Vercel to host the website, Supabase to securely store waitlist information, Resend to deliver waitlist and service-related emails, and may use Twilio to deliver SMS messages when the messaging service becomes available.

We may also use trusted service providers to maintain infrastructure, improve security, and support the operation of Forever Words. These providers process information only as needed to perform services for Forever Words and are expected to safeguard your information.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a lawful business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

SMS privacy

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that support delivery of the messaging program.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Users may reply STOP to unsubscribe. Users may reply HELP for assistance.

Email communications

If you join the Forever Words waitlist, we may send you:

• A welcome email after joining.
• Occasional updates about our progress, invitations to participate in testing, early access opportunities, and the official launch of Forever Words.

We send only the emails necessary to keep you informed about Forever Words. We will never sell your information or overwhelm your inbox with unnecessary messages.

We believe communication should always be thoughtful, meaningful, and respectful—and we strive to treat your inbox the same way.

If you no longer wish to receive waitlist emails, you may contact us at hello@foreverwords.co, and we will promptly remove you from future waitlist communications.

Automated unsubscribe functionality will be added before Forever Words begins broader recurring email campaigns.

Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain consent and opt-out records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal or carrier requirements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and why it was collected. When information is no longer needed, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Waitlist information may be retained while you remain interested in Forever Words or until you ask us to remove it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

As Forever Words grows, we will continue to review and strengthen our security practices to help protect the information entrusted to us.

Children's privacy

Forever Words is intended for parents and guardians, not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

User rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. We may need to verify a request before responding.

You may request to be removed from the Forever Words waitlist or stop receiving waitlist emails at any time by contacting hello@foreverwords.co.
