Forever Words supports parents with meaningful words of love, encouragement, wisdom, and hope.

The Services are designed to support parents and families. Forever Words does not replace a parent’s voice, judgment, or responsibility.

The Services are not intended to provide or replace medical, psychological, legal, educational, financial, or other professional advice. You should seek guidance from a qualified professional when appropriate.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to enroll in the Forever Words messaging program or use any part of the Services that requires registration.

By using the Services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

SMS Messaging Program

When SMS enrollment becomes available, users may voluntarily enroll in the Forever Words messaging program.

The program may provide recurring educational, inspirational, and service-related messages for participating parents.

By providing a mobile phone number and completing the enrollment process, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to enroll the mobile number provided.
• You consent to receive recurring text messages from Forever Words.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency may vary.

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to cancel.

Reply HELP for assistance.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Forever Words may change, suspend, or discontinue the messaging program at any time, subject to applicable requirements.

User Responsibilities

When using the Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
• Keep any account credentials secure if accounts become available.
• Not interfere with, damage, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.

Intellectual Property

The Forever Words name, logo, branding, written messages, phrase collections, graphics, artwork, designs, website content, and other original materials are owned by Forever Words or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access and use the Services and their content for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Unless Forever Words gives you prior written permission, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute Forever Words content.
• Sell, license, or commercially exploit Forever Words content.
• Modify or create derivative works based on Forever Words content.
• Remove copyright, trademark, or other ownership notices.
• Present Forever Words content as your own work.

User Feedback

We welcome thoughtful ideas, suggestions, and feedback.

If you voluntarily provide feedback, you give Forever Words permission to use it to evaluate, improve, and develop the Services without an obligation to compensate you.

This provision does not transfer ownership of personal stories, photographs, or other original materials unless you separately agree to such use.

Although we strive to provide thoughtful and meaningful content, results and experiences may vary.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forever Words will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Forever Words for claims arising from or relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Forever Words harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from:

SMS participants may unsubscribe by replying STOP.

Provisions that logically should continue after termination—including intellectual-property, disclaimer, limitation-of-liability, indemnification, and governing-law provisions—will survive termination.

Forever Words may update these Terms as the Services, technology, or legal requirements change.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights that apply under the laws of the jurisdiction where you live.
